Swedish Massage
The most familiar form of full body relaxing massage, involving long full full body strokes with kneading of the muscles and light friction. This can be combined with flowing Esalen touch massage techniques.

 

Esalen Swedish Massage - Using long full body strokes up and down the body combined with slow smooth touches puts you into a wonderful relaxing near-trance state of total body sensation. This is a beautiful free flowing sensual style of massage. I have been trained at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA in advanced Esalen massage.

Aromatherapy Massage
This customized treatment utilizes a personal blend of pure flower and plant essences that you choose during your massage session to increase the therapeutic benefits of a Swedish massage. (please mention at time of booking).

Deep-Tissue Massage
Concentrated deep work using thumbs and fore arms to loosen the connective tissue where muscles attach and knots form.  I use no-pain methods to go very deep to relieve built-up tensions.

 

Lymphatic Massage - Lymphatic massage, also called lymphatic drainage or manual lymph drainage, is a light pressure massage technique developed in Germany for treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid under the skin that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery, most often a mastectomy for breast cancer, breast augmentation or after Lyposuction. Lymphedema can affect the limbs and/or other parts of the body. This type of massage is designed to encourage the flow of lymphatic fluid out of the affected area.

Sports Massage
Designed for athletic individuals before, during, and after a training regimen to enhance performance and endurance, reduce the risk of injury and lessen soreness. Stretches can increase flexibility and range of motion.   Ask about getting a "Tired Leg Massage".

Pregnancy Massage
A specially designed, softly aromatic and soothing massage for the expectant mother. It offers relief from backaches, edema (swelling of hands and feet) sciatica, abdominal pressure, and fatigue. Most clients report they feel stronger and better prepared for the birthing process from regular massage. Great for post-pregnancy also!  

Thai Massage - Nuat Thai massage incorporates elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep stretching and rhythmic compression to create a singular healing experience.  (Performed on the table - not the floor).

 

Body Scrub and 60 min. Massage   - $110 each by Ray.  A body treatment that combines sugar, Dead Sea Salts, or tropical blends combined with essential oils that are applied to stimulate the lymphatic system, exfoliate and replenish your skin. This is followed by a gentle shower to smooth and silken the entire body. A one-hour aromatherapy massage will conclude your experience and renew your body and mind. A shower is available to wash away the scrub. (1.5 hr)

Hydrotherapy Bath Treatments and 30 min Massage - $100 by Ray.  Soak in your tub combined with aromatherapy bath oils and body washing.  Follow your bath with a relaxing 60 min aromatherapy massage.  (1.5 hr)

Notes
*  All my sessions are customized to your individual needs. Try a 1.5 or 2 hr session for ultimate stress relief... my specialty!  Book a massage for yourself or for your loved ones.

*  Cash is prefered at the time services are rendered. If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15 - 20%+ gratuity. Credit cards are also accepted.

*  Rates for massages after 9 pm are an additional $25 hour.

*  All massages sessions are by appointment only, so book now to assure availability.

Policy

Client agrees to be ready for treatment on scheduled appointment time. Treatment time will end exactly one hour from your scheduled appointment. Client agrees to pay full treatment cost for booked time if starting time begins late due to his/her tardiness. Ray will arrive 10 minutes early to set up his equipment. Please have the room warm and be of fresh hygiene.

Client agrees to pay a 50% charge of the appointment fee for cancellations given with less than 4 hours notice. A full appointment fee will be charged if no cancellation notice is provided. Our therapist's time is valuable and we appreciate your co-operation with this policy.
